These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for participation in classes, programs, and use of Milkshake’s website and services. By enrolling or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Enrollment & Payments

All registrations are subject to availability.
Class credits and membership fees must be paid according to the studio’s published payment schedule.
Late payments may incur fees.
Membership fees and class credit payments are non-refundable unless otherwise noted (e.g., cancellation of a class series).
Multi-week or seasonal programs are billed for the full term unless a written exception is approved.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes.
Refunds or credits will be issued only if the studio cancels a class or program.
Student-initiated cancellations after the start date are non-refundable unless covered by a specific policy (e.g., medical with documentation).

3. Safety & Conduct

All students and visitors must:

Follow instructor directions
Wear appropriate attire and footwear
Behave respectfully toward staff and other students
Refrain from disruptive or unsafe behavior
Notify instructors of relevant medical limitations

The studio reserves the right to remove any participant who jeopardizes safety or disrupts classes. This may include intoxication, cursing, or disrespectful behavior towards any and all humans or physical materials present.

4. Assumption of Risk

Dance involves physical activity and carries inherent risk.
By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks, including injury, and agree that the studio is not liable for personal injury except in cases of negligence.

If enrolling a minor, the parent/guardian assumes risk on their behalf.

5. Medical Emergencies

In the event of injury or medical emergency, the studio may contact emergency services and/or the listed emergency contact.

Any expenses incurred are the responsibility of the member or participant.

6. Photography & Video

By participating in studio activities, participants or members may be asked to consent to photography or videography.
Consent is optional and can be revoked at any time.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access
Disrupt or damage the site
Use content for commercial purposes without permission

All website content is the property of Milkshake unless otherwise noted.

8. Intellectual Property

Class materials, choreography, videos, website content, and branding are the property of the studio and may not be copied, recorded, or shared without permission.
